YEAR 11 & 12 COORDINATORS MESSAGE

Dear Parents and Students,

As we soldier on with teaching and learning during these challenging times, we must take strength in the knowledge that there are always others who may be worse off than ourselves.

Let us all continue to abide by the COVID-19 measures that are in place, and pray that we may continue doing everything possible to alleviate the discomfort and pain this pandemic brings upon us.

One of the great events that took place in May this year was the participation of two of our Year 12 boys, Osayd Kashoa and Bassam Sahib, in the annual VCAA Plain English Speaking Award. I was very proud to see them perform at their best, and deliver their speeches with great enthusiasm. Well done boys! You will find their written reflections in the article that appears in this newsletter.

I wish all of you a safe, healthy and productive Term 3, and remind boys to maintain regular communication with their teachers, who are eager to assist them with their studies.
